Therefore the students and alumni of IIT raised fund for the poverty-stricken people of Bangladesh who lost their jobs and suffered from financial crisis due to the lockdown. They started this project on 25th March and got a great response from both IITians and non-IITians. A good amount of money was donated in a very short period.
